Career Pathways: Agriculture Pathways (Entrepreneurship)

This 9-week career readiness program is designed specifically for youth aged 15-25 in special education. Aligned with RTI tiers and PBIS frameworks, the course provides a structured path toward independent living through the lens of modern agriculture. Students will develop technical knowledge in plant and soil science, animal care, and tool safety, while simultaneously building professional soft skills and financial literacy. Each module incorporates positive behavioral supports and tiered instructional strategies to ensure every participant can transition successfully into the agricultural workforce or further vocational training. The program is structured to offer universal support (Tier 1), targeted interventions (Tier 2), and individualized approaches (Tier 3) as needed.
